Matter is heard through video conferencing. I.A. No. 10035/2020, an application seeking correction in the order dated 08/7/2020 passed in this case, is taken up and considered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that by order dated 08/7/2020, this Court had allowed I.A. No.7816/2020, 2nd repeat application for suspension of sentence and granted bail to the appellant. However, in para 1 of the order, some typographical errors like date of judgment, Sessions Trial number and other mistakes have crept in, which may be corrected.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the order dated 08/7/2020.
In para 1 of the order dated 08/7/2020, it is mentioned as under:-
"This Criminal appeal assails the judgment dated 27/11/2014 passed in S.T. No.11/2014 by Sessions Judge Shivpuri District Shivpuri whereby the appellant has been

Considering the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant, I.A. No.10035/2020 is hereby allowed. It is directed that the following shall be read in place of above quoted portion, in para No.1 of the order dated 08/7/2020:-
"This Criminal appeal assails the judgment dated 26/3/2013 passed in Sessions Trial No.146/2012 by Additional Sessions Judge, Lahar, District Bhind whereby the appellant has been convicted and sentenced as under:-"
