The impugned order shows that the calculations gone into the demand raised, were despatched with the order. This fact is disputed by the petitioners. We are of the opinion that as a writ court we cannot go into these issues, and therefore, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach the respondents in the event of such calculations not being provided to them. In case they do so within a period of one week, the respondents shall furnish the particulars of the calculations within a period of two weeks thereafter. After that the petitioners may take recourse to their remedies in law.
Petition stands disposed of.
