1. Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat, Standing Counsel for Respondent 2 to 5 [hereinafter "NSUT"] states that there is no procedure for requisitioning Petitioner's PPT/ dissertation work from Advanced System Laboratory, DRDO, Hyderabad, which is required for assessment/ evaluation and instead, Petitioner was required to submit the same during prescribed timelines.
2. In light of the fact that Petitioner's dissertation work was unavailable Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:SAPNA SETHI Signing Date:04.11.2022 20:31:51 since the same was carried out in above-said laboratory at DRDO, Hyderabad, as recorded in the order dated 20th October, 2022, her appearance in the said examination scheduled on 30th September, 2022 was not meaningful and she could not be evaluated as a result thereof. In the opinion of the Court, if PPT/ dissertation work is critical for Petitioner's assessment/ evaluation, the same should be requisitioned by NSUT and thus, to break the impasse, it is directed that NSUT shall send a requisition to this effect to Advanced System Laboratory, DRDO, Hyderabad. The dissertation shall then be considered and examined by the relevant committee of NSUT with due intimation to Petitioner.
3. With the fore-going directions, the present application stands disposed.
4. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Ld. Court Master.
