      This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section
397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C. praying to set aside the order dated
21.12.2016 passed by XXXII Addl. City Civil and S.J., and
Spl. Judge for CBI Cases, Bangalore (CCH-34) in
Spl.C.C.No.15/2014 in the said case and discharge him from
the above said case for offences P/U/S 120B r/w 409, 420 of
IPC and for offences under Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(C)(D) of
P.C. Act.

      This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for orders
this day, the Court made the following:
