Section 3(ii) in The Punjab Town Improvement Trust Gratuity Rules, 1971
(ii)In the case of termination of service any [servant] [G.S.R. 70/PA 4/22 Section 73 Amendment/77 dated 16-6-1979 LS Part 3, 24-6-1977.] by the Trust for any reason other than misconduct provided that he has completed five years service before such termination.
