(2)Every institutionally qualified professional practitioner possessing a Bachelor degree in Yogic Sciences (BYSc.) in Yoga or Post-Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science (PGDYSc.) awarded by any Government or Government recognized institution, subject to the provisions of this Act and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, be entitled to have his name entered in the register for Class 'A' registration.
