Section 11(c) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board Transfer Scheme Rules, 2008
(c)On the expiry of the period of twelve months from the appointed date and subject to any directions given by the State Government, the transfer of undertakings, properties, interests, rights, liabilities, personnel and proceedings made in accordance with this Scheme shall become final.
