praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for
the records relating to the Disqualification Slip, dated 07.11.2023 issued by

the third respondent in pursuant to the physical measurement test conducted
by the first respondent vide notification in notification No.1/2023, dated
05.05.2023 for joint recruitment 2023 for the post of Sub-Inspector of
Police and Station Fire Officer and quash the same and to direct the
respondents to re-measure the petitioner's Chest and permit the petitioner to
participate in the next stage of selection process.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the disqualification slip issued to the writ petitioner during the physical endurance test in relation to the chest measurement.
2. The petitioner was permitted to re-appear for the physical chest measurement test on 29.11.2023, in which, he is found to be qualified and hence, no further orders are called for.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
