Section 31(1) in Kerala Spinners, Alappuzha (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 2010
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Gazette, direct that all or any of the powers exercisable by them under this Act other than the power under section JH may also be exercised by any person or persons as may be specified in the notification.'
