Section 38 in Sikkim Nationalised Transport Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1981
38. Surrender of carriage receipt.
- The Sikkim Transport shall deliver the goods' at destination only on the surrender of the original receipt issued to the consignor or his agent at the place where the goods were booked.
