This first application under Section 439 of CrPC has been filed for grant of bail.
The applicant has been arrested on 29.11.2021 in connection with Crime No.684/2021 registered at Police Station Aarkchhi Kendra Dehat Distt. Bhind for offence under Sections 420, 272, 273 of IPC.
It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that according to the prosecution case, adulterated milk was seized from the dairy run by father of the applicant. The applicant has already separated from his father and is residing separately. The applicant is also carrying a different business and he has nothing to do with the affairs of the dairy.
Per contra, the application is vehemently opposed by the counsel for the State. It is submitted that huge quantity of adulterated milk was seized from the dairy and a huge quantity of palm oil, refined soyabean oil, 199 kg of cream, 98 kg of maltodextrine powder etc. were also seized from the house of the applicant.

In view of the huge quantity of adulterated milk seized from the dairy, coupled with the huge quantity of material used for manufacturing the adulterated milk seized from the house, no case is made out for grant of bail.
The application fails and is hereby dismissed.
