1. The present application by the petitioner seeks a correction of an inadvertent typographical error in para.4 of the order dated 20.12.2021.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that para.4 of the said order records that the petitioner will not be in a position to file its return for the year 2021 as it does not have an account with the State Bank of India (SBI) Main Branch, Delhi. He, however, submits that the contention of the petitioner is that it did not have a bank account with the SBI, Main Branch, Delhi during the relevant period.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to this correction being made in the order.

4. The application is, accordingly, allowed. Para.4 of the order dated 20.12.2021 will now be read as under:-

"Keeping in view the petitioner's claim that it has not sought renewal of its registration under the FCRA, which stood expired on 26.05.2020, the petitioner would be required to file its return for the 2020-21 which it will presently not be in a position to file as it did not have an account with the SBI, Main Branch, Delhi during the relevant period. It is, therefore, directed that till the next date, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner for non- filing of the return for the financial year 2020-21 as well."

5. This order will be read in conjunction with the order dated 20.12.2021.

6. The application is, accordingly, disposed of with the aforesaid clarification.
