Section 6(1) in The Goa Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 1998
(1)Subject to such rules as may be made in this behalf, the Government may appoint such number of Officers of the Government as Oil Palm Inspectors for such areas as may be specified under this Act, to exercise the powers and perform the functions of Oil Palm Inspectors under this Act.
