Section 40 in The Gujarat Emergency Medical Services Act, 2007
40. Registers of base hospitals.
- The City Council and the District Council shall prepare and maintain a register of base hospitals to which the Council has entrusted the work of providing or directing the life support system or limited life support system and pre-hospital care system.
