Section 80(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)The traders shall issue bill as specified in clause (c) of section 2 of the Act, in triplicate, to the seller, in the form as specified in the Bye-laws of the Marketing Board.
