Section 6(b) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board Transfer Scheme Rules, 2008
(b)Nothing in sub-Rule 5 (a) shall apply to rights, responsibilities, liabilities anil obligations in respect of the personnel and personnel related matters including statutory dues such as salary, wages, gratuity, pension, provident fund, compensation terminal and retirement benefits and the same shall be dealt in the manner provided under Rule 7 of this Scheme.
