1. We are informed by the counsel for the parties that the issues raised in the above-captioned petitions also arise in a bunch of matters, which are pending adjudication before the Supreme Court. 1.1. It is stated that the lead matter is titled Vijay Madanlal Choudhary & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors. (SLA (Crl.) No.4634/2014)
2. We are told that on 15.03.2022, judgment in those matters was reserved by the Supreme Court.
2.1. In this regard, our attention has been drawn to the order dated 15.03.2021.
