7. Marked copy of electoral roll.
- Immediately before the commencement of the poll, the presiding officer shall also demonstrate to the polling agents and others present that the marked copy of the electoral roll to be used during the poll does not contain:(a)any entry other than that made in pursuance of sub-rule (3) of rule 40 of the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad (Election of Mayor, Members and Election petitions) Rules, 1987, and(b)any mark other than the mark made in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of rule 41 of the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad (Election of Mayor, Members and Election petitions) Rules, 1987.
