ORDER
16-06-2023 Office bearers of the High Court Bar Association of Manipur submitted before this Court that the relaxation of curfew hours by the State Government is only from 5.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and that because of the curfew imposed by the State from 1.00 p.m. onwards, the counsel appearing for the parties are not in a position to appear before this Court and argue their case. Accordingly, a prayer has been made on behalf of the members of the Bar Association to list this case on another date.
Because of the imposition of curfew and due to paucity of time, the hearing of the present case cannot be taken up today.
As prayed for by the members of the Bar Association, list this case again on 02-08-2023.
Interim order, if any, shall continue till the next date.
