Section 18(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)The Registrar shall, by order pasted on the notice board of the Marketing Board, specify the symbols that may be chosen by the candidates at an election in any constituency and the restrictions to which their choice shall be subject.
