Section 13(a) in Madhya Pradesh Jal Viniyaman Adhiniyam, 2013
(a)to recommend to the Government once in two years, a water tariff system for use of water from the source such as any river, stream or drainage channel, natural lake or collection of water in reservoir; and for use of sub-surface water in the area as notified by the Government for :(i)agriculture sector;(ii)purposes including drinking and domestic, industrial, power generation and commercial;
