The ld. Counsel for the petitioner, Mr Wills Mathews has made a submission at bar that the sole respondent in SLP(Crl.) Nos. 10019 and 10020 of 2011 has been duly served through dasti but none appeared on his behalf.
Necessary dasti proof with supporting affidavit would be filed during the course of the day and on compliance registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon’ble Court as per rules.
