Section 22(1) in Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University Act, 2008
(1)The University shall constitute, for the benefit of its employees, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the statutes, such pension, insurance, gratuity or provident fund as it may deem fit.
