1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted that since the petitioner could not upload the 'No Objection Certificate' alongwith the form, he was denied to appear in the interview conducted by the respondent/ASRB on 9th October, 2023 for the Post of Head Scientist, IAR1 Regional Station, Pune, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Pusa, New Delhi, being Item No.9 in Advertisement No.02/2023, dated 10th July, 2023.
2. Per contra, Mr.Sushil Raja, learned senior panel counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1/Union of India vehemently opposed the submissions made on behalf of petitioner and submitted that it is untrue to state that the petitioner could not upload the 'No Objection Certificate' alongwith the form as required by the advertisement for the said post. He prays for some time to file a short affidavit stating therein the aforesaid fact.
3. Let the short affidavit be filed before the next date of hearing.
