Section 6(1)(xv) in Indian Institutes of Management Rules, 2018

(xv)The Director shall be eligible for staff car as per the scale under the staff car rules of Government of India for official use. For personal use of the car, the Director shall be liable to pay charges as per staff car rules of Government of India.
