3. Manner of publication of Notifications.
(1)Every notification under section 3 published in the Official Gazette, shall also be published by displaying the copy thereof in a conspicuous place, in the office of the Municipality, Zilla Panchayat or Village Panchayat, as the case may be, within whose jurisdiction, the area specified in such notification or any part thereof, is situated.(2)No notification under section 3 published in the Official Gazette, shall become invalid by reason only that copy thereof has not been published or displayed as provided in sub-rule (1) above.
