Section 3(p) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board Transfer Scheme Rules, 2008
(p)"Trading Company" means the Chhattisgarh State Power Trading Company Limited, a company to be incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with the main object of undertaking the trading of electricity.
