8. Subsequently, the surrender letters / exit notices were rejected by the Collectors and the earnest money deposits/ security deposits of the petitioners were forfeited. This Patna High Court CWJC No.6393 of 2025 dt.16-04-2026 forms the nucleus of the present controversy.
