Heard.
The order has already been passed in
Mutation Case No.2173 of 2017 by the Tahasildar,
Chandbali for issuance of Mutation ROR in favour of the
petitioner. In spite of such order, no mutation ROR is
being issued since 2017.
Regard being had to the facts and
submissions, the writ application is disposed of, directing
the petitioner to file a representation before the
Tahasildar, Chandabali within two weeks from today. If
such a representation is filed, the same shall be disposed
of within four weeks from the date of its filing and
necessary ROR be issued in favour of the petitioner in
Mutation Case No.2173 of 2017, if there is no other legal
impediment.
The writ application is accordingly disposed
of.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of
COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for
the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in
the High Court's website, at par with certified copy,
subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the
manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated
25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798
dated 15th April, 2021.
