Accordingly, the matter stands adjourned. On the next date fixed, Mr. Sarma learned Addl. PP shall obtain instructions from the from the Officer-in-Charge Jagiroad PS, whether the appellant Md. Sunamuddin, S/o Lt. Lokmuddin, village - Na-Khula grant, PS. - Jagiroad, district- Morigaon who was the informant in Jagiroad PS Case No.197/2007 had expired in the meantime.
