2. The facts as stated in the affidavit is that the petitioner has secured 481 marks out of 700 in the apprenticeship training from 21.10.1992 to 20.10.1993. The petitioner participated in the selection process and secured 68 out of 100. The same was computed for 85% and the petitioner has secured 58.40%. In interview out of 15 the petitioner secured only 5 marks. Totally, the petitioner secured only 63.40. The cut off marks for BC community (non-priority) from the selected candidates from the said post is 78%. Since the petitioner has not secured the relevant cut off marks, the petitioner is not entitled to claim any https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis appointment to the said post. Moreover the recruitment is for the year 2013-2014, due to efflux of time the petitioner’s candidature cannot be considered.
