Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The present Criminal Writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking direction to the State Respondent Authorities to constitute a Special Investigation Team (SIT) for the purpose of arresting the accused persons or attach his property if they evade arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 528 of 2019 registered for the offences Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1063 of 2021(6) dt.02-09-2025 3/3 punishable under Sections 463, 465, 34, 120(B), 466, 468, 469, 471, 420 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Apparently, the present writ petition is not maintainable. The relief which the petitioner is seeking, is a part of discretion of the Police and the court of Judicial Magistrate in regard to arrest within whose jurisdiction, the FIR has been lodged. The petitioner can move before the Judicial Magistrate or the Police for the relief he is seeking. There is no occasion to interfere by the writ court in the investigation in the manner as sought by the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
