This is an application for bail filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure in case bearing First information Report No.34 dated April 24th, 2012 under Sections 21 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered in Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur.

On April 24th, 2012 petitioner was apprehended by the Police of Police Station Kulgari, Ferozepur carrying 500 Phenotil tablets and 250 Parvon Spas capsules. The same were sent to Forensic Science Laboratory and these were found containing Diphenoxylate Hydrochloride, Atropine Sulphate, Dextropropoxyphene Hydrochloride, Dicyclomine Hydrochloride and Paracetamol.
