This is a charge sheet filed by the PI of KR Puram P.S. against the accused for the offences punishable U/sec. 63 of Copy Right Act and Sections 420 , 511 of I.P.C.,
02. The brief facts of the prosecution case is that, on 16.03.2020 at about 5.30 pm., within the limits of KR Puram Police Station, situated at No.35A and 3 and 4 of Rajahans Build Hub, Mangondanahalli Main Road, Bengaluru, the accused was selling of spurious/counterfeit Birla White Wall Care Putty and Birla White Cement of CW.1 & 2 without obtaining any permission from company authority and selling duplicate products to the public at large and thus the accused has committed the offences punishable U/sec. 63 of Copy Right Act and Sections 420 , 511 of I.P.C.,
ORDER By exercising powers conferred U/sec.248(1) of Cr.P.C., the accused is acquitted for the offences punishable U/sec. 63 of Copy Right Act and Sections 420 , 511 of I.P.C., The bail bond and surety bond of the accused shall continue in force for a period of 6 months for the purposes of section 437(A) of Cr.P.C.
The accused is set at liberty.
