1. Vide order dated 18.08.2025, the Parties were directed to file the Written Submissions and the case laws relied upon by them within a period of four weeks.
2. The learned Senior Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Written Submissions are not filed as the pleadings were not complete in this Appeal.
