1. By this application, judgment debtor Nos.2 and 3 seeks exemption from filing the affirmed affidavits and requisite court fees in support of E.A. 812/2020, 813/2020 and this application as also the reply affidavit filed.

2. Necessary affidavits be filed within one week of the resumption of the normal functioning of the Court.

1. By this application, judgment debtor Nos.2 and 3 seek exemption from filing original/certified/typed copies of the documents.

3. By this application judgment debtor Nos.2 and 3 seeks condonation of delay in filing the reply to E.A. 526/2020 (under Order XXI Rule 46 CPC).

4. For the reasons stated in the application, delay of four weeks in filing reply affidavit to E.A. 526/2020 is condoned.

5. Application is disposed of.

1. Learned counsel for decree holder states that he has not received the copy of the reply affidavit filed by judgment debtor Nos.2 and 3 and the documents files therewith.

2. Learned counsel for judgment debtor Nos.2 and 3 states that he has already served the reply affidavit and the documents to the decree holder on 14th August, 2020, however, he will supply the same again.

3. Learned counsel for judgment debtor Nos.2 and 3 will ensure that the reply affidavit and the documented filed will be served to learned counsel for the decree holder in the course of the day.

4. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within three weeks.
