The petitioner, who is the second plaintiff in O.S.No.45/2017 on the file of Munsiff'c Court, Attingal, has filed this original petition seeking an order directing the said Court to dispose of I.A.Nos.865, 866, 867, 1352 of 2017 in O.S.No.45 of 2017 within a time limit.

2. On 18.08.2017, this Court directed the Registry to get a report from Munsiff's Court, Attingal as to the time limit required for disposal of the aforesaid interlocutory applications.

3. Pursuant to the said order, a report dated 24.08.2017 has been received by the Registry, wherein it has stated that the aforesaid interlocutory applications can be disposed of within a period of one month.

In such circumstances, this original petition is disposed of directing the Munsiff's Court, Attingal to dispose of I.A.Nos.865, 866, 867, 1352 of 2017 in O.S.No.45 of 2017 within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.
