Kulkarni Adv Respondent Nos.1-3 : No Perchi Date and Orders of the Tribunal Remarks th May 18 , 2017 The present Appeal has been preferred against the order No.F.11- Order No.17 23/2014-IA-III, dated 3.3.2015 granting CRZ Clearance in favour of Respondent No.5 the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) by Respondent No.1-Ministry of Environment and Forest, vide copy of the order annexed to the Appeal (Pg. 48-A).

Today, we have before us Mr. Arvind Kr Nautiyal, Director of MoEF. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1 on instructions submits that the project at Mithivirdhi, District Bhavnagar, Gujarat of Respondent No.5-NPCIL, in whose favour CRZ Clearance in question was granted, is to be shifted to Kavvada, Andhra Pradesh on account of delay in land acquisition at village Chhaya- Mithivirdhi site. She places on record a copy of the letter dated 27th March, 2017 addressed by the Scientist-F to Scientist Mr. A.R. Anilkumar, Executive Director, NPCIL in support of her submissions. She further submits that in view of shifting of the said project the proposal for Environment Clearance (EC) before MoEF has been de- listed.
