2. In view of the above, it would be appropriate that Notice is issued to Mr. Shailesh Bhalchandran Desai, Interim Resolution Professional ["IRP"] of the Decree Holder, appointed by the learned National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench vide Order dated 10.10.2025, notifying him of the present proceedings.
3. Accordingly, upon the Petitioner-Hardy Exploration and Production India (Inc.) taking appropriate steps, let notice be issued to the IRP. He is directed to enter appearance and assist this Court on the next date of hearing.
4. In the meanwhile, learned Senior counsel for Hardy Exploration and Production India (Inc) submits that, as per the directions vide Order dated 17.09.2025 read with Order dated 09.10.2024, he may be granted liberty to deposit an additional Demand Draft for a sum of Rs. 15 Crores (Rupees Fifteen Crores Only) before the learned Registrar General of this Court.
