          अध्यक्ष महोदया,आज मैं पॉलिटिकल कम थोड़ा आर्थिक इश्यूज को ज्यादा टच करना चाहूंगा। This is fact.  All of us have accepted that black money is the issue. जब हम काला-धन की बात करते हैं तो मेज़र इश्यू होता है, how is black money generated?  Let us concentrate on that.  How is black money parked?  How it is invested?  The third part must be an action to stop further generation and an action to recover whatever black money is available whether outside the country or inside the country.   आज पूरा देश हमें देख रहा है,हम सब मानते हैं कि काला-धन एक समस्या है तो why cannot we concentrate on this issue whether on this side or on that side?   हमने किया या आपने किया,सेवा तो देश की होगी। We must discuss how it is generated.  एक होता है करप्शन,दूसरा होता है क्रिमिनल,तीसरा होता है ड्रग्स कारटेज,चौथा होता है माफिया,पांचवा होता है हाईटेक रिज़ीम। जहां पर हाईटेक रिज़ीम होता है वहां पर लोग कर बचाने के लिए इस प्रकार से काला-धन जैनरेट करते हैं। छठा होता है to run a parallel economy which is one major issue.  मैंने पहले सेशन में इसका जिक्र किया था कि कुछ बोगस चिटफंड कंपनियां डूब गयीं,आठ महीने से मालिक जेल में है लेकिन एक भी छोटा निवेशक बाहर नहीं आता है तो पैसा है किसका? The last point is the fake money,  fake currency.   ये जो जैनरेशन वाली बात है,मोदी सरकार इसके ऊपर ध्यान केन्द्रित करना चाहती है। बताइये,कैसे कंसेंट्रेट करना है?पहला,करप्शन नहीं चलेगा। काम के बदले अब दाम नहीं होंगे। एक बार हमने करप्शन रोक दिया तो सब ठीक होगा। काला-धन जैनरेट केवल केन्द्र के कारण नहीं होता है काला-धन जो जैनरेट होता है वह लोकल-बॉडी से लेकर,विधान सभा से लेकर केन्द्र तक है। पहले हम सब मिलकर उसके ऊपर कांसेंट्रेट करे। बीजेपी की आज पूरे देश में सौ प्रतिशत सरकार नहीं है,लोकसभा में जरूर 282 सांसद हैं,लेकिन विधानसभाओं में अलग-अलग पार्टियों की सरकार है।...(व्यवधान) I am not saying that politicians generate black money. I am talking about what Government can concentrate on.
          But what I am worried about is that when our grand children or our great grand children 50 or 60 years hence sit back and peruse records of these two days of discussion, I am sure that somewhere we must also acknowledge the fact that there is a strong possibility that they will be amazed to know as to what were these people actually doing in the 16th Lok Sabha.  Is this the level of discussion they had about something so serious, about a parallel economy, a staggering amount, and these people were talking just about Congress, BJP, Trinamool and BJD? This is where we are.  This is what our level is.  This is very much worrying for all of us.  I am sure you would also be worried.  I am not excluding myself from this thing.  I am also very much part of this House and I am also worried.
