The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.300 dated 06.12.2019 under Sections 279, 336, 337, 427 of IPC and Section 338 IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Sector-65, Gurugram District Haryana and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 15.07.2025 (Annexure P-5), which is stated to have been effected between the parties. 2 On 10.09.2025, the following order was passed:

9. Consequently, the petition is allowed. FIR No.300 dated 06.12.2019 under Sections 279, 336, 337, 427 of IPC and Section 338 IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Sector-65, Gurugram District Haryana and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 15.07.2025 (Annexure P-5), are, hereby, quashed qua the petitioner.

10. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
