The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 564 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per First Information Report, on 05.11.2019, while the informant (petitioner) was moving with Guru Muskan Kinnar and other members of Nach-Gan Team, two boys covering their face came on motorcycle and one of them, took out pistol and fired upon Muskan Kinnar, as a result of which, Muskan Kinnar fell down and during course of treatment, died.
