Background

1. The Applicant filed an RTI Application dt.1.8.11 with the PIO, RRB, Patna seeking information against  six   points   with   regard   to   the   written   exam   held   on   5.12.10   for   the   post   of   Commercial  Apprentice/Traffic Apprentice for which the results were declared on 17.7.11.  The APIO replied on  1.9.11 stating that the requisite information could not be supplied as the exam process is not yet over.  Not   satisfied   with   the   reply,   the  Applicant   filed  an  appeal   dt.6.9.11   with   the  Appellate   Authority  reiterating his request for information. Shri. K.N.Sinha, PIO vide his letter dt.30.9.11 conveyed the  decision of the Appellate Authority who upheld the decision of the PIO.   Being aggrieved with the  reply, the Applicant filed a second appeal dt.7.10.11 before CIC.
