It is further alleged that the computer was arranged by Tajender Singh and he was only made the payments whatever told by Tajender Singh, but he do not know from where Tajender Singh arranged that computer. Separate supplementary disclosure of Jagmohan @ Mohan @ Raju prepared and attached with the file. Chargesheet was filed in the trial court.
13. After supplying copies to the accused as per law, case was committed to the Court of Sessions.
14. After due deliberation, charge under Section 489 A/489B/489C/489D IPC was framed against the accused to which he pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
62. From the above discussion, I am of the opinion that prosecution has been successful in proving that accused has been counterfeited the fake currency notes and he is further found selling the fake currency notes in the open market and thereafter, he is found in possession of fake currency notes and instruments used in preparing/counterfeiting the fake currency notes. So the accused is hereby held guilty for the offence under section 489 A/ 489 B/489 C/ 489D IPC.
