Whether a transaction is unconscionable or not will depend on the facts of each case. A transaction may be unconscionable in many ways and the court should see in each case according to its sense of justice if it is really so. Section 19 of the Contract Act deals with voidable agreements and the same provides that when consent to an agreement is caused by coercion, fraud or misrepresentation, the agreement is a contract voidable at the option of the party whose consent was so caused.
