16. In Ex-A5 which is the protest note again it is
stated that,
"we securely tied the said launch ... were keeping watch."
It must be remembered that the protest note was lodged
only on 27-12-1977. There is no reference
questioned the validity of Promissory Note on the ground of
alleged non presentation/noting/ protest under the provisions of
Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 ; that Plaintiff ... ground of allegations of
