10. We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner ... misinterpreted
the provisions of Rule 26.3 of the Secondary School Code.

petitioner indicates
correction which can be effected
in a school record under the provisions of the Maharashtra
Secondary School Code, came to be considered by the Full ... obvious

Secondary School Code.
