has to proceed in accordance with the procedure

regulated by Section 446A of Cr.P.C. which reads thus:

petitioner was cancelled in terms of section 446A of the Cr.P.C or not as the petitioner
was on bail ... cancelling the bail bond of the petitioner in terms of section
446A of the Cr.P.C, so question was whether in absence of cancellation
under Section
307 of the I.P.C and cognizance was taken on 01.08.2013 under Section
307 of the I.P.C along with other ... furnished the bail
bond and further in terms of Section 446A of the Cr.P.C whether the bail
bond furnished by the petitioner have
Section 446 of the Code of Criminal Procedure
contemplates procedure when the bond is forfeited and
Section 446A further contemplates procedure for
cancellation of bond ... each, which is
unknown to the procedure contemplated under the Code
of Criminal Procedure , hence, liable to be set aside.

325 , 448 , 307 / 34 of the I.P.C. against the petitioner and
further directed to issue non-bailable ... furnished by the petitioner have been canceled in terms of
Section 446A of the Cr.P.C. or not?

basis of one written report given ... this Court as to whether in view of provisions of
