2004 whereby the appellant was convicted under Section
120B , 489D and 489C of IPC and was sentenced to undergo ... undergo R.I. for two months in default under
Section 489D of IPC.
2. On 19th December 2001, an information was received by
Police Control
Sections 120B of IPC to undergo three moths Rigorous Imprisonment, under Section 489D of IPC to undergo five years Rigorous Imprisonment ... default to undergo three months Rigorous Imprisonment, under Section 489D of IPC to undergo five years Rigorous Imprisonment and to pay a fine
guilty and
claimed trial. Again, additional charge was framed U/s. 489D of IPC against both
the accused to which they pleaded not guilty ... also
recalled for further examination on additional charge of Section 489D of IPC.
During proceedings, accused Rishi Raj was declared proclaimed
offender

Later on, Section 489C / 489D were also added in the charge sheet
and after completion of the investigation ... charge sheet U/s
489B/489C/489D/420 IPC was filed in the court.
6. Upon committal of the case to the court of Sessions
Police Station
Civil Lines, Amritsar, under Sections 420 , 489A , 489B , 489C , 489D / 34
IPC. He was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order
disposal of cases
under Sections 489A , 489-B , 489C and 489D of the Indian Penal
Code. The investigating agency should also take care to complete
accused. There being a prima facie
case under Sections 489A / 489B / 489C / 489D / 489E of Indian Penal
Code aganist the accused, he was charged accordingly
case instituted for the
offence under Sections 420 , 489A , 489B , 489C , 489D and
414 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that
submission is that in common
allegations under Sections 489 , 489A , 489B , 489C ,
489D , 420 and 120B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code,
for being
involved in case crime No. 402 of 2009
under sections 489B , 489C , 489D , 489E , 420 , 467 , 468 and 471 IPC, P.S.
