stand convicted under Sections 120B , 489A , 489B , 489C

under Section 489C and 489D . Thus, according to the counsel, the
appellants/accused are entitled
disposal of cases
under Sections 489A , 489-B , 489C and 489D of the Indian Penal
Code. The investigating agency should also take care to complete
charged for having committed offence
punishable under Sections 489A, 489B, 489C and
489D read with Section 34 of the IPC.
